sexual battery on a minor and 1 count of fondling of a minor. Morales was to appear
for trial but never showed up. He was found guilty in his absence.
Morales is believed to have been seen in the Saltillo area. He has family in the
Tupelo / Saltillo area and is believed to be visiting back and forth. He is currently in
violation of not registering as a sex offender.
Morales is described as a Hispanic male, approx. 6’ tall weighing approx 190 lbs. He
has a prominent mole below his right sideburn in front of his right earlobe. He also
has a birthmark just below his right eye on his cheekbone.
